Clients enrolled in a Service Agreement featuring Extended Support hours can access live technical support from 6 am to 8 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Emergency Support

  • We offer 24/7/365 support, including weekends and holidays.

    If your service Agreement includes 24/7/365 support, you will have a dedicated number to call for support.

    If your Service Agreement excludes after-hours and weekends support, you can opt to purchase an hour of support. To include this in your service agreement, please call 704.470.9009.
