Scope

This Website Privacy Notice describes how AtoZinIT, LLC ("AtoZinIT," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through the AtoZinIT public website, contact forms, newsletter or marketing sign-ups, chat features, and other public website interactions (collectively, the "Site"). It does not govern personal information AtoZinIT processes for a business client while providing contracted services; that processing is governed by the applicable MSA, Order, DPA, BAA, and other Service Documents.

Information We Collect

We may collect information a visitor provides directly, such as name, organization, job title, email address, phone number, service interests, message content, and information submitted in a form. We may also collect technical and usage information automatically through the Site, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, date/time information, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers, depending on the tools enabled on the Site.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; communicate about AtoZinIT and its services; evaluate a business opportunity; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with consent where required.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Site, manage communications, provide hosting, analytics, security, customer relationship management, or similar functions; with professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and financing sources; in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction; when required by law or legal process; and when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property. We do not sell personal information for money. Whether particular analytics or advertising tools constitute a regulated "sale" or "share" depends on the tools actually used and applicable law; AtoZinIT will configure and disclose those tools before publication as required.

The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for necessary functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and—only if enabled—marketing. A visitor can manage certain cookies through browser controls. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Before publication, AtoZinIT must complete the operational schedule below with the actual analytics, advertising, chat, form, hosting, consent-management, and embedded-content providers used on the Site and implement any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to respond to an inquiry, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Choices and Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights concerning personal information we hold about that person by contacting Info@AtoZinIT.com and providing information sufficient to verify the request. We may request additional information to verify identity and authority, and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right, subject to lawful limitations.

Children, International Visitors, and Changes

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and AtoZinIT does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. The Site is operated from the United States and information may be processed in the United States or another country where our providers operate. We may update this Notice by posting a revised version with a revised effective date.
