Acceptance

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AtoZinIT website, including its public pages, forms, downloads, and other publicly available content (the "Site"). By using the Site, a visitor agrees to these Terms. If the visitor does not agree, the visitor must not use the Site. These Terms do not govern contracted services; an accepted AtoZinIT MSA, Order, and applicable Service Documents govern those services.

Services, pricing, scope, service levels, and commitments are binding only when stated in an accepted written Order.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATOZINIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

AtoZinIT’s Website Privacy Notice explains how AtoZinIT handles personal information collected through the Site. AtoZinIT may update these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. North Carolina law governs these Terms, without regard to conflicts principles, and the state courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, except where law requires otherwise.
